走出忧郁的沼泽地

摘要:我们的意识中,对生活的负累、积累当真了,不了解万事万物的本质是无自性性的,所以才有了以为实有的知见。这个知见会给我们造成无明的积累,积累多了,就变成了压力、忧郁。

我们这个时代,人的心理特别脆弱,面对生活不知所措、失去方向,忧郁啊、自杀倾向的特别多。为什么呢?就是脆弱了。

很多人都面临着生活资源问题,像工资收入、子女上学的费用、身体疾病、房子、车子、地位、社会角色、婚丧嫁娶等等很多应酬,这些问题很硬性的,种种压力逼迫着人,给太多人带来忧郁的东西了。

要是没有对世俗负累的认知,没有对觉悟者给予方法的实践,人没办法去离苦的,遇到问题我们会不知所措,就会忧郁,沉闷在一个地方。要是有法则了,那就容易解决了。

我们意识中对这些生活中的负累、积累当真了,不了解万事万物的本质是无自性性的,所以才有了以为实有的知见。这个知见会给我们造成无明的积累,积累多了,就变成了压力、忧郁。像现在人的这种大量的忧郁,心灵的阴影就成了沼泽地。

首先,了解这些心灵的阴影是因缘生灭的,如幻是真相,把我们原来固化的心放松下来。有了空间后,去面对、处理我们遇到的问题,心中的压力至少会减少一些。哪怕刚开始在自己的意识思想中去想想这些压力、问题是如幻的都可以。

其次,在事相上学会去承担,面对自己作为的后果。无论你现在出现的任何问题,都尝试去接受、面对,恐慌也一定会减弱下来。好比说你欠了一个很高的高利贷,还不上了,债主逼你了,你一定知道债主不是来要你命的,不能惊慌,不去对抗,更不能否定你自己应该承担的责任。坦然面对,真诚向对方承诺绝不会赖账,只是你现在需要正常的生活,给对方一个还款计划,不对抗,不逃避。面对、接受是很重要的,你不接受,事情就会变本加厉,掩盖、对抗,甚至把责任推给别人等,只会给自身带来更多不必要的苦。

了解这些问题的本质是如幻的,在已经出现的问题上,坦然面对与接受因果,我们就能让自己的心不再那么脆弱,慢慢地就可以从压力、忧郁等等这些沼泽地走出来了。

Get out of the depression swamp

In this era, we often feel lost or get depressed in life. Some people even want to commit suicide. Why? We become fragile psychologically.

Many people are facing with piles of difficult situations and stresses in life such as low income,children’s tuition fees, illness, payments for the cars and apartment,spendings in social engagement,maintaining social status, fulfilling different roles, etc. We are often overburdened and therefore get depressed.

Unless we have a clear understanding of such problems in our worldly life and have a proper method offered by the enlightened ones to practice and apply,we cannot get rid of these sufferings. We will feel lost or get depressed when we confront with these problems. But things will be totally different if we have a method.

Actually, we frequently take the burdens in our life as real and fail to understand that these problems are illusory in nature. This wrong view leads to our pressure and stresses. Thus we are stuck in the swamp of depression and cast a shadow over our heart.

To solve such problems, we should first understand that the shadow arises and ceases with conditions and the truth is that everything is illusory. Then our anxious heart can be relaxed,thus have more leeway to deal with these problems. At least we are relieved a little bit psychologically. This method works even when you start to realize that these pressure and problems are illusory.

Then at the phenomenal level,for whatever happens to us if we learn to face the outcome and take the responsibility,we will feel less panic. For example, you owe someone a large sum of money and cannot pay him back. No matter how hard he presses you, you should be clear that he is not coming to kill you. you shouldn’t be panic or oppose him,nor should you deny the reliability. Just be honest and promise him that you will never be a deadbeat. You should give him a repayment plan. It’s important to accept the outcome and assume the responsibility. Cover-up, opposition, or passing the buck to others can only make things worse and bring more unnecessary sufferings.

Be clear that these problems are illusory in nature, so no matter what happened to us, just be honest and respect the law of cause and effect. Thus we will no longer be so fragile and can gradually get out of the swamp of pressure and depression.
