掌握应作与不应作，就是这个信息爆炸时代的先机。不应作分就是减损世间、伤害他人的作为，是一种被动迷失的状态。应作分就是自利利他、支持世间，是一个主动的状态。“应作不应作”是十分不可思议的一个悲智方便，它给了我们一个远离痛苦、压抑的清晰与精准的参照。没有这个参照我们做事就很容易迷失，处理事情就会不得当。

像上篇文章中提到的“善者恶之师，恶者善之资”，在这样一个明确的应作不应作的指导下，我们的心地守护和事相作为就十分清晰明了、简单易行了。需要明确的一点是，这个善不是给别人看的。很多人的善是表面化的，心地实际是不善的，有隐藏的虚伪在里面——这不真诚，称为“伪善”。这个不是先机，这个伪善一定是后悔的起因，结果一定会受其害，之后必然要去修补它。我们心地所守护的这个善是如实真诚的，是自利利他的，不委屈自己，也绝不伤害他人的。守护这个善才是真正掌握了一个可行性的先机。

在这个时代，我们每个人要面对的是信息大爆炸。在澎湃浩瀚的知识海洋里，能有这样的机会去学习、掌握应作与不应作，把握先机，无疑是难能可贵的。它不仅能使我们在这个变化万千的信息世界中安心于此，并且还能力所能及地去支持、利益这个世间，那我们的人生是有价值、有意义的，它充满了主动、阳光与积极。

In the age of information explosion, if we know what we should and shouldn’t do, we can position us well. What we shouldn’t do is the harmful actions to others or to the world, reflecting a lost and passive status of life. While what we should do is the beneficial actions to both oneself and others, as well as to the world, reflecting an active status of life. These are guidelines full of inconceivable wisdom, compassion and skillful means, which give us a clear and precise reference on how to keep us away from sufferings and depression. Without these guideline, we will easily get lost in doing things and dealing with problems improperly.

As mentioned in the previous article that a good person will be a teacher of bad ones. It is a clear guideline on what we should and shouldn’t do, under which it is easy and clear for us to make decisions on how to rest or use our mind and how to do things properly. Particularly, the kindness here is not just for show. The kindness in many people is superficial because they are not genuinely kind inside. It is called hypocrisy, which never brings us an early advantage, but a chance to regret since we will have to fix it later. Hypocrisy eventually hurts us, rather than others. The act of true kindness we should do is genuine and sincere, benefiting both oneself and others, neither unfair to oneself nor to others. By doing such good，we master a practical method to position us well.

In the age of information explosion, every single life has to face enormous amounts of information. It is nice for us to have the chance to learn what we should and shouldn’t do and position us well in the dynamic ocean of information and knowledge.
